ViiV AMP Fund
TSC’s ViiV AMP Fund is funded through ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action AMP Grant, a micro-granting initiative to support organizations that are led by and work on behalf of Black and Brown transgender communities to advance HIV care. ViiV Healthcare’s Positive Action AMP Grant Initiative aims to disrupt racial and other disparities in HIV care and is guided by fulfilling the outcomes of ViiV’s AMP theory of change. More specifically, guided by three pillars of access, connectivity, and innovation, the AMP grant aims to:
· Increase access and engagement in HIV prevention & care
· Enhance trust in HIV care
· Elevate voices of PLWHA and people vulnerable to HIV
· Reduce HIV stigma
